These Terms of Service govern your use of Signesty. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Signesty provides software for managing digital signage content, screens, devices, playlists, schedules, and related services.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your organization.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Signesty permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Signesty for illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

6. Billing and trials

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your billing page. Free trials may be limited or changed. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party services, or network issues may affect playback or access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signesty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using Signesty at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.
